There was some discussion regarding the seasonal stream that runs through the property. David C. made a motion to allow an extension of 60 days from the original date of the abatement stipulation, seconded by David M., voted unanimously in favor, so declared by the Chairman.

Water Treatment Highlights:  Dave B. reported that the last filter is cleaned and filling for the fourth of July week. Dave B. reported that from last May to this May there was 1 million gallons less water used at Harbor Hill and he believes that it may be due to the concrete tank being empty. Dave B. reported that they used a ball to plug the concrete tank line and that he now thinks that it is most likely the tank itself that is leaking. There was some discussion regarding where the issue is and what should be done with the concrete tank to fix and see if it is cost prohibitive to repair.

Old & New Business:  Dave B. reported that Summer Town Meeting will be on August 3rd.
Theodore G. stated that the Commission had received a letter from DES regarding pollutants found in the monitoring well at the Harbor West property.

7:15 p.m. Christopher L. made a motion to adjourn, seconded by David C., voted unanimously in the affirmative, so declared by the Chairman.
